The effect From Pacific coast of Tōhoku Earthquake

For all customers,

Following the terrible earthquake in northern Japan last Friday, we would like to update you on the situation at ORCA:

* There was no damage at our offices. E-mail services continued throughout the weekend and there was no data loss. Please be re-      assured.

* However, from now on please expect some impact on PC expedition and customs clearance.

* Also, due to shutdown of all nuclear power plants in the affected

regions, TEPCO (the power supply company covering Tokyo and the east of Japan) will implement rolling blackouts in the region.

As our company offices and internet providers might be affected, Ship E-mail service would be stopped.

The schedule of these blackouts is not fully decided yet, so we will inform you if they would happen in 3 hours windows once per day.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the potential impact to your business. As we get more information, we will keep you updated to the best of our abilities.
